We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to be part of our clinical service team and provide the exceptional support needed.
Position Overview: As a Community Health Nurse at Sharab Hospital Ltd, you will work closely with our clinical service team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and efficient provision of clinical services. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in rendering bedside nursing and other services to our patients, customer service, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving patients and taking their details before they see the doctor
- Collecting samples of body fluids for laboratory tests
- Giving general nursing care and making patients comfortable while they are in the clinic
- Wound dressings and suturing of minor lacerations
- Keeping your working environment clean
- Safe disposal of clinical waste
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient information
- Conduct immunization and complete all necessary documentation.
- Supervising and training new staff
- Administrative duties

Qualifications:
- Advanced Diploma in Nursing and a BSc in Nursing will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience as a registered nurse in public / and or private health facilities
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems, and photocopiers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
- The initial contract will be a fixed term of 12 months with 6 months’ probation.
